I can't necessarily find fault in one person or their way of doing things, it's just as a whole there are a lot of learned behaviors here, and some of them are not only wrong but doing a lot of bad company wide. As someone who is now tasked with fixing some of that, well, it's a pain in the ass more or less. I like most of the people I work with, and the people that work above me.. most of the time.
And the fact that I'm an idiot, in this case, has absolutely nothing to do with work.. so.. you can certainly keep that title if you want. :)
